Hi! We are staying at Beach Club for the 1st time this summer. I just read a review that said Beaches and Cream required a reservation. Is this true? I thought it was a quick serve ice cream shop?

Hello Karen!  Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I love Disney's Beach Club Resort, you are going to have a great time.

Toward the end of 2013, Beaches and Cream Soda Shop started taking reservations by phone and online.  Beaches and Cream Soda Shop has always been considered a table service meal.  While Beaches and Cream Soda Shop does specialize in ice cream, they also have a really great menu.  There you will find terrific cheeseburgers, onion rings, french fries, sandwiches and hot dogs.  It is your typical diner food, only better!

Reservations can now be made for Beaches and Cream Soda Shop 180 days in advance.  Have a magical vacation.  If I can help you with anything else, please let me know.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
