    Hi - we are staying at the Beach Club in Sept and would love to have a quiet room but with a full balcony, can I request both, and how soon should I do so? Also should I mention it is my son's 21st birthday during our visit?

    Welcome back the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Caron! I’m glad you stopped by!

    Caron, I just came back from a magical stay at Disney’s Beach Club Resort and how I wish I could turn back time and be there again! I absolutely fell in love with this resort. It is so peaceful and serene. I love that you can take a stroll and find yourself at Epcot. And the pool is like no other! Stormalong Bay is probably the best pool in all the Disney Resort Hotels.

    To make room requests simply call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 and a helpful cast member will be able to make those room requests for you. You will also be able to add them to your My Disney Experience account once your online check-in becomes available. These are not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best to accommodate your specifications. If you choose to call, do let the Cast Member know about your celebration. They can definitely note that and you might get some additional magic during your stay. Be sure to pick up a special celebration button once you arrive. You can request these at your resort concierge desk. This way, Cast Members will know you are celebrating and they will congratulate your son all day long; Plus, you just never know when some pixie dust might land on the birthday boy!
