We are staying at Beach Club Resort and I am wondering if the sink area is big enough for a pack and play. Also what is the width of the opening so that I can put a tension rod up with black out curtains so toddler can have her own sleeping area Thank you

Sweet dreams, Michele! That’s what you are going to get with your family while staying at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. I can just smell that clean sandalwood lobby right now...

When my family stays at the Beach Club, we love the short walk to the Boardwalk for breakfast, the next-door access to Epcot and the incredible pool it shares with Disney’s Yacht Club. Oh! And of course, getting the Kitchen Sink Sundae at Beaches and Cream!

I’ve stored a regular size Pack N' Play in the bathroom area of a Beach Club standard room, and while it may be a tight squeeze to get into the potty or tub area, it can be done! While the actual measurements of the bathroom opening are not on file, I would recommend caution with anything like a tension rod. The opening to the vanity area is extremely wide (there are two sinks and countertop area to span) and something that size falling is a possible hazard, especially if baby were to hang or pull on it! To get more privacy for my sleeping tot, I’ll often draw the drapes shut, and place the Pack N' Play between those (a foot or so away from the curtains) and the bed. This gives her 2-3 sides of a cubby-like area of dark and quiet. Combine that with a white noise machine and our family is in business!

You can always use the Baby Care Centers in all four main theme parks if you need an recharge or extra supplies for your little ones. I hope you have a magical and restful vacation, and please let me know if you need anything else. ~ Lindsey P.
