We are staying at the Beach Club Resort with our 5 month old baby, are there bouncy chairs available from the hotel?

    Hi there, John!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so glad that you stopped by with a question for us!

You are in for a treat on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation since you are staying at Disney's Beach Club Resort. It is truly a magical place, and hopefully the weather will be warm enough for you to spend some time at the amazing water park pool, Stormalong Bay. You'll also be just a hop, skip and a jump away from Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios, so I'm sure you won't have a hard time finding things to do!

Unfortunately, the resorts do not have baby equipment like bouncy chairs available for use. However, they do have some full-size cribs and Graco Pack-'n-Play portable playards available. I would suggest that you make a request on your reservation if you think you'll need one of these since these items are available on a first-come first-served basis. As for any other baby equipment that you might need, there are several outside vendors located in Orlando who rent things like strollers, high chairs and bouncy chairs. So you can easily find whatever you need and have it delivered right to your resort. You might also want to check out the Garden Grocer for things like baby formula, diapers or other essentials that you can order in advance of your trip. I love the convenience of knowing these things will be there waiting for me once I arrive!

I sure hope this helps and please let us know if you think of anything else. Happy planning!
