I am staying at the beach club i just read that you can walk to Hollywood Studios? i knew epcot but i didn't know hollywood studios

    Hi Cheri!

Disney's Beach Club Resort is one of my favorites! I love everything about it!

You can indeed walk from the Beach Club Resort to Disney's Hollywood Studios. Depending on how fast you walk, it may be a 25 - 30 minute walk. A lot of the path is in the sun and it can get quite warm depending on the time of day and year you're walking. I'd make sure to take along some water for the walk. You may not need it, but I always think its better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. A lot of it is along the water and I think its a very pleasant walk. We find it very peaceful and really enjoy it especially when we're not in any real hurry.

Your other option is to take a Friendship Boat. There is a dock just behind the Beach and Yacht Club Resorts.  The Friendship Boat also makes stops at the BoardWalk and Swan and Dolphin Resorts.  Depending on how long you have to wait on the boat to arrive at the dock, it may be faster to walk to Hollywood Studios.  However, if you are traveling with younger kids that are walking and not in strollers, just keep in mind that walking over adds to the "mileage" they're putting on their little legs that day and you don't want them to wear out too quickly.
