We are staying at Beach Club and Polynesian in January. I was just wondering if you could recommend some good rooms and or areas in each hotel. We don't want to pay up charge for views, but I know some bldgs. and areas are better than others. Thanks!!

Fern, soon you will be right in the middle of the magic!

You have chosen two of the best located resorts in Walt Disney World.  Both Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios are in walking distance from Disney's Beach Club Resort. Plus the pool here could pass for a small water park. Consider requesting a room near Epcot. How often do you get the chance to sleep so close to England and France? The rooms closest to Epcot, however, are further away from the resort's main area. If you wish to be close to the lobby or Stormalong Bay instead request a room near these areas instead.

At Disney's Polynesian Resort, just hop aboard the monorail for a short ride to the Magic Kingdom. If you want to be close to the pool and the Great Ceremonial House consider the longhouses Rarotonga or Fiji. If you prefer something quieter and don't mind a little extra walking consider Tahiti with its beachside location.

Enjoy your stay at two of WDW's best resorts!
