Staying at beach club and on our planned pool day, because it’s awesome. A non guest who lives in the area would like to visit us. Can a non resort guest come into pool area with resort guests for the day?

    Hi Jeremey,

Great choice! Disney's Stormalong Bay is 3-acre water wonderland and it is, by far, my family's favorite pool on Walt Disney World Resort property. Whenever we stay at the Disney's Yacht Club Resort or Disney's Beach Club Resort, we look forward to our "pool day" for some much needed relaxation. In fact, we chose this resort for our upcoming November vacation specifically for this reason. Unfortunately, in order to ensure that all registered resort hotel guests have uncrowded access to the pool, chaise lounges, and inner-tubes, only registered guests of Disney's Yacht and Beach Club are permitted to use Stormalong Bay. Guests must use their MagicBand or room key card to gain access. There have been times that we have stayed at these resorts and my brother who lives in Florida has wanted to visit. The only way that we were able to make that happen was to add him to our resort reservation. It was a great way to enjoy an unexpected, extended visit with him so it was a bonus for all of us.

Wishing you relaxing moments and magical memories,

    Kaylene
