Hi I am staying at the Beach Club in October. is there a specific area I should request for my room? Would love to see the fireworks from our room if possible.

Welcome back, Carly! We love seeing you here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Disney’s Beach Club Resort is a fabulous choice! With Stormalong Bay, it really is a vacation in itself! As for which room to request, it will first depend on the room type that you have selected. If you have a reservation for a Garden View Room or a Standard View Room, for example, and request a room towards Stormalong Bay, it will most likely be denied. I have heard that rooms facing Stormalong Bay (Pool View), do indeed have a slight view of Epcot’s IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth. Keep in mind, however, that there really isn’t a great view and you just get to see the top of the highest fireworks. Something else to consider is that some rooms at Disney’s Beach Club Resort only have partial balconies. For my family, having a full balcony is one of our priorities, so that is generally what we request. If ever you can’t see the fireworks from your Disney Resort hotel balcony, you can always go down to the Stormalong Bay pool area to view them.

I hope this answers your question and you that you have a marvelous time!
