Hi Moms, We are staying at The Beach Club for the first time and I want to request a room where we can sit outside in the evening and have a drink after we put the kids to bed. Any suggestions on requests? Thanks

    Melinda:

I have found that if I have a request or something that will make my stay better, I let Disney know.  (They can't guarantee it, but I've learned they'll certainly take it into consideration.)

Sounds like you're looking for a balcony off your room.  Since there are not a large number of rooms at Beach Club with balconies, I wouldn't be specific with requesting a building or floor, and quite frankly, I wouldn't request a water view.  I'd call Disney with your confirmation number and put a request on your reservation asking for a room with a balcony--that it's your top priority over what floor you're on and your view, and I'd even include the fact you're looking for a place to go after the children retire for the evening.

As I mentioned, Disney won't guarantee it, but they'll do their best to meet your requests if they're able.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
