    Hi, We are staying at the beach club, club level at the end of November. Do the CL members contact you prior to arrival?

    You've made an excellent choice in selecting Club-Level service at Disney's Beach Club Resort as your home-away-from-home while vacationing at Walt Disney World®. I have had the opportunity to experience a club-level stay both before and after this laid-back resort's refurbishment, and all I can say is I am in love with the reimagined Stone Harbor Club! I have no doubt you will love it, too! Don't forget to wear your MagicBand at all times, you'll need to use it in the elevator in order to access the 6th floor. Another great tip, ask to try their signature cocktail one evening when you're enjoying the lounge. It's delicious and not well known that it is available. 

    You should receive a welcome email from the Yacht & Beach Club Itinerary Planning Team about six weeks prior to your arrival. This email will include contact information and the services available to you from the team. It's always such a treat to receive emails from this very special group of Signature Service Cast Members! If for any reason you'd like to reach out to the club-level Cast Members beforehand, they are available daily from 9am-6pm at (407) 934-1448.
