Hello, staying at BCV sept 12-20 '14 How far in advance can you book the fantasmic dinner package? Also how far in advance can you book horse rides at wilderness lodge? Also how far in advance can you book tomland terrace fireworks des. party? Thanks!

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  Disney's Beach Club Villas is such a lovely resort.  I love the quaint and beach-like theme, and the ability to walk to Epcot is wonderful!

You can book any of the experiences that you are interested in 180 days ahead.  For the Fantasmic! Dinner Package or the Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party call 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463) to make reservations.  For the dining experiences, as a guest staying at a Walt Disney World resort, you may be able to book these experiences at 180 days ahead of your check-in date for any time during your trip since your trip is less than ten days long.  For Horseback Trail Rides at the Tri-Circle-D Ranch at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, you can call 407-WDW-PLAY (407-939-7529) for reservations.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Mark.  Have a great time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
