We are staying at the BCV in February and want to request the best location/view. I would appreciate any suggestions!!

    Hi Rebecca,

Disney's Beach Club Villas is a lovely resort.  I love the quaint feel and theme there.  Also, the walking proximity to Epcot is amazing!

Disney's Beach Club Villas is a fairly compact resort, so you should not have too long of a walk to anywhere within the resort.  There are villas which face the pool, and others which face more wooded areas.  Some guests prefer a higher or lower floor, so you might wish to consider this.  If you visit the unofficial website parkinfo2go.com and click on the link on the left-hand side for "Beach Club Villas," you can see unofficial maps of the resort which might give you an idea of where you would like to request your villa.

I have found that it is best if you want to make a request for your room that you make the request general instead of asking for specific room numbers.  This way, if the specific room number you want is not available, the cast member assigning rooms will know why you asked for what you did.  I suggest that you be sure that your request is noted on your reservation.  Then, within 10 days of your check-in date, call Disney's Beach Club Villas directly at (407) 934-8000 to ensure that your request is noted on the reservation.  Finally, when you check in, mention your request to the cast member who is checking you in.  Sometimes, if you are willing to wait a little while on your check in day, a room with the characteristics you want will become available.  Please know that while Disney will do their best to honor any requests, they are requests and are not guaranteed.

I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Rebecca.  Have great time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
