Hi, Kelcie, and welcome back to planDisney. I have been to Extended Evening Theme Park hours many times and I have never seen the theme park at capacity but crazy situations do occur. So I researched this a bit to make sure what to do in the event that Stitch finds a way to make this happen.
According to Cast Members, this will not happen because so few Guests will qualify for the benefit. Only select Walt Disney World Resort hotels have the benefit of
Extended Evening Hours and with the
Park Hopper Option you must make a theme park reservation and enter that first theme park before hopping to the next. You do not need a theme park reservation to enter an additional theme park after you enter the first one but you do need to wait until after 2:00 p.m. (
Park Pass Reservations and Park Hopping rules may change). I would not worry about the theme parks reaching capacity for Extended Evening Hours.
planDisney Pro Tip: Did you know if you are in an attraction line when the theme park day officially ends that you will be able to stay in line until you experience that ride? Pretty cool, right?
