    We are staying at BC and will need to get to Shades of Green to pick up a rental car on a Sunday in May. What's the fastest way to do that without taking a taxi?

    Hi Taura!

         I love helping people out with their Walt Disney World transportation questions!  Getting to the Shades of Green Resort from the Beach Club Resort using Disney transportation will take at least an hour to an hour an a half to complete. There are many options and I will give you two of the best and quickest. First, you can take a Disney bus from the Beach Club Resort to the Magic Kingdom.  When you get to the Magic Kingdom you can take the Resort Monorail (fastest) or a boat to the Polynesian Resort and then walk across the street to the Shades of Green Resort.  There are buses that go directly to the Shades of Green Resort from the Ticket and Transportation Center (TTC).  The second option would be to take a Disney bus from the Beach Club Resort to Downtown Disney.  When you get to Downtown Disney you can catch a bus going to the Ticket and Transportation Center.  When you reach the Ticket and Transportation Center, you can get on a bus heading to the Shades of Green Resort.  The second way might take longer but you would not have to walk from the Polynesian to Shades of Green.
