We will be staying at Bay Lakes for 1 week in November 2011. We will be using magic transportation from airport. Will be going to Universal for 2 days in the middle of stay. How do we rent a car while on Disney property?

    Hi Maureen!

Yes there actually are two places to rent cars right on Walt Disney World Property!  The first is the Car Care Center near the parking exit of Magic Kingdom theme park. There are both Alamo and National car rental agencies at the Car Care Center.  The second place is at the Dolphin Resort.  There is a National Car Rental agency right inside the Dolphin Lobby.  I have rented a car from National at the Dolphin Resort five times since 2007.  I usually take a Disney bus from my Resort to either Epcot or Hollywood Studios and then I take a Friendship Boat to the Dolphin Resort to pick up my car.

I hope your next trip to Walt Disney World is truly magical!
