I am staying at bay lake towers June 18th and I was wondering if you have any advice for viewing the fireworks at the top of the world? I was wondering if I need to get there early or is there typically enough room for everyone. Thank you

Hi Michael! Congratulations on your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort. You're going to love the modern style of Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort - it's just a short walk to Magic Kingdom Park. Best of all, Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort has the one and only view of Magic Kingdom from the "Top of the World Lounge."

Located on the 16th floor, Top of the World Lounge has a large viewing deck, indoor seating area and a full bar is exclusive to Disney Vacation Club members from around 5 pm until midnight with an incredible view of exploding sparkles that light up the night sky from the Wishes nighttime spectacular fireworks show.

Things usually kick off at 9:00 pm so plan to arrive a bit early to enjoy light food/cocktails and you'll find seating or a coveted spot along the railing for a great view. It's just one of the many perks of the Disney Vacation Club. Be sure to have your Disney Vacation Club card for access to the elevator for the lounge.

Wishing you a magical and memorable vacation.

    ~Juliette
