We will be staying at Bay Lake Tower and I was wondering if they provide a tea kettle or just a coffee maker. thanks

Hello Joyce! Welcome back to planDisney. Thank you for trusting us to answer your planning questions.

I’m excited to hear that you'll be staying at Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort! Staying in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel is always a treat, but staying in a Disney Vacation Club room takes it up a notch. You’ll be just steps away from Magic Kingdom Park, and the amenities at Bay Lake Tower make it a perfect home base for your vacation.

I spoke with a Cast Member on your behalf and was informed that the Deluxe Studios are equipped with a Cuisinart Single-Serve coffee maker, while the 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom Villas come with a full coffee pot. Unfortunately, there isn't a tea kettle, but don’t worry, you can still easily enjoy a cup of tea! Each room comes with a microwave, which can be used to heat water. Alternatively, you can run the single-serve coffee maker without a coffee pod for instant hot water or use the coffee pot in one of the larger Villas. Another great option is to pick up a Resort Refillable Mug, which you can use for tea (or coffee) at the beverage stations in the main building of Disney's Contemporary Resort. The hot water dispensers are next to the coffee machines, making it a quick and easy stop before a leisurely stroll to Magic Kingdom with your favorite cup of tea. It sounds perfect, doesn’t it?

While you’re staying at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, be sure to check out the amazing dining options! Steakhouse 71 offers delicious meals all day, their burgers and onion rings are can’t miss items! If you’re looking for a memorable dinner with breathtaking views, make a reservation at California Grill, especially during the Happily Ever After fireworks. For something fun with the whole family, Chef Mickey’s is right there for a delightful Character breakfast. If you have time, hop on the monorail and explore nearby resorts like Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort or Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. My favorite spot is Enchanted Rose at the Grand Floridian, which offers an elegant atmosphere perfect for a relaxing evening.

Thank you again for stopping by with your question, Joyce! If you need any more tips or recommendations for your stay, I’m happy to help. Have a fantastic vacation!

    Cheers,
    Brent
