Hi ~ We'll be staying at Bay Lake Tower. My son has PKU (metabolic disorder) and need to mail specialty dry goods/foods to BLT. What mailing address do I use? Is there a contact person at BLT for such a request? ~

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for coming to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your questions.  It is possible for your to ship yourself a package for your stay at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort.

When you do ship your package, be sure to include your name, your reservation number, and your arrival date on the package so that the resort knows who the package is for and when you are arriving.  When you check in, your package should be waiting for you at Bell Services.

I found the following address for Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort on their website: 4600 North World Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830-8413.  The phone number to speak directly to the resort is 407-824-1000.  Since you have a specific need, I do suggest that you call them and confirm this process before you mail your package.  Simply explain your need to the cast member who answers the phone and they should be able to help you, or direct your call to someone who can.

Have a great time planning your vacation, Michael!  Please do let us know if you have any further questions.
