Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort is one of my favorite resorts at Walt Disney World. I finally had a chance to stay here last month, and I was incredibly impressed during my entire visit. The rooms are beautiful and bright with hints of Disney sprinkled throughout. The location was perfect for a few reasons, one being so close to many dining options at Disney Contemporary Resort and the other being steps away from the entrance of the
Magic Kingdom. You are practically staying in their backyard with views of Cinderella Castle and Space Mountain. I can’t wait for my next stay here!
Don’t worry! Mickey and company will have you covered during your visit to Bay Lake Tower! Housekeeping schedules at Disney Resorts Hotels have been modified throughout the years. Currently, you will
receive light housekeeping every other day while you are staying at the resort. This will include the removal of dirty towels and garbage while also replenishing any items that you used in the kitchenette or bathroom. The housekeeping team will also wipe down any surfaces or perform vacuuming as needed.
I know you are not a
Disney Vacation Club Member, but if you happen to be staying in this resort using rented points from an owner, you will be eligible for a
full-service cleaning on the 4th and 8th days of your trip. If you do not wish to have this done, you can decline the service during the check-in process.
Crystal, I'm so excited for you to experience this resort and all that it has to offer! There is a convenient walkway that connects Bay Lake Tower to Disney's Contemporary Resort which brings you directly onto the main level. This area has multiple gifts shops,
quick service dining, table service restaurants, and the
entrance to the monorail. It cannot be easier to get around and experience all that this resort has to offer!
