We are staying at the Bay Lake Tower in May 2014. I know the Bay Lake does not have a concierge. I am wondering, can we use the Contemporary's concierge desk?

    Hi Theresa,

I love Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort!  My family and I always have fun swimming at Bay Cove Pool.  The quick walking distance to Magic Kingdom is wonderful!

I called and spoke with a cast member at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, who let me know that there should be a cast member available in the lobby of Bay Lake Tower to assist you with concierge services.  I recommend that when you need concierge services, head to the lobby of Bay Lake Tower and ask a cast member there who to talk to about these services.  If you find that there is no on there who can help you at that moment, I believe that it would be no problem for you to walk over to the main tower of Disney's Contemporary Resort and use the concierge desk there.  I remember one time when my family was staying on Walt Disney World Resort property and realized that we needed the services of a concierge desk.  We happened to be eating dinner that night at Disney's Beach Club Resort.  Even though we were not staying at Disney's Beach Club Resort, the cast member at the concierge desk was more than happy to assist us.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Theresa.  Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions!
