We are going to be staying at Bay Lake Tower in a 1-bedroom suite in two weeks time. Just wanted to know: do they have full size cribs (not pack-n-plays) available? I am getting conflicting information when I call in. Thank you so much!

Howdy Tiziana!  I just spoke with a Cast Member at Bay Lake Tower and was told that you can request a crib.  You can ask for the crib request to be noted on your reservation.  The Cast Member also suggested that you call the resort three days prior to check-in to confirm your request.

There are no additional fees for the crib.

I also recommend that you call prior to arriving on property to ensure that your request for the crib is noted.  It was soon after Bay Lake Tower opened, but during one of our visits, the resort ran out of cribs.  The pack-n-play was fine but the crib would have been wonderful.  The phone number for Bay Lake Tower is (407) 824-1000.

Have you stayed at Bay Lake Tower before?  If not, you are going to love it!  It's one of our favorites!!

Please let me know if you need any further information and have a magical day!!
