Hi! We are staying at the Aulani this week and I need to update my guest list. I remember being able to do this in the app or online in the past, but haven't been successful in doing that this time. Is this no longer an option?

    Hiya, Lauren!

Welcome to planDisney!  Thank you so much for stopping by with your question.  How exciting that you are getting ready to enjoy a Hawaiian roller coaster ride at one of my favorite Disney Vacation Club Resorts, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa.

Lauren, it looks like you are already enjoying your tropical vacation in paradise.   But for future visits, I can tell you that to update your Guest list for your stay at Aulani, it depends on whether you booked your stay through Disney Vacation Club using your Vacation Points or if you booked it directly through Aulani as a cash-paying Guest. Let me share both options for the future:

    For DVC Vacation Point Reservations:
    • Visit the Disney Vacation Club website and log into your account.
    • Click on the My DVC Tab and select "My Dashboard."
    • Here you will see a little countdown calendar and underneath, you'll see the dates of your Aulani booking. Click on those dates.
    • You will see a button on the left that says "View or Modify My Reservation" and you can make changes to your Guest list there.
    For cash-booking Reservations through Aulani:
    • Visit the Aulani website.
    • Scroll to the My Aulani tab and select "My Aulani Dashboard."
    • Log into your account (using the same log in for your My Disney Experience account.)
    • If your reservation isn't linked to your account, you can do that first to see your Guestlist and can then add or remove individuals from your Family & Friends list.
    • If you are trying to add a Guest not currently on your Family & Friends list, you should go into your My Disney Experience account and link them there first and then return to Aulani and do those steps.
    • Alternatively, you can call Aulani Guest Services who should be able to assist you.
I hope this helps you, Lauren!  If you have any further Aulani questions, stop back and see me here and I'll be so happy to help you. At planDisney, we are your vacation planning 'ohana and that means nobody gets left behind.

    Mahalo,
    Keri
