When staying at Aulani resort in Hawaii are you greeted with a lei? Do they offer day passes or while staying there do you wear wristbands so they know you are staying there and go from pools to beach. Thanks.

    Aloha Andy!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I'm happy to help!

It sounds like you're planning a magical vacation to Aulani, and I'm sure you and your family are getting excited! You'll get to enjoy so many wonderful activities along with beautiful scenery AND be treated with the world class service that only Disney can provide. I'm pretty sure it will be practically perfect!

As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted with either a kakui nut or floral lei. So you'll definitely get to experience this Hawaiian tradition! Each day you'll need to stop by the towel hut on your way to the pool or beach and present your room key in order to get a wristband for the day. The color of the wristband changes daily in order for resort Guests to be identified by the Cast Members. So you'll definitely want to make that your first stop of the day.

Be sure to also check out the different options for excursions that the whole family can enjoy together. With so many to choose from, you just might have a hard time deciding. They all sound amazing though so you can't possibly go wrong!

Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions and enjoy your stay at Aulani!
