Aloha Shannon, thanks for visiting planDisney!
It’s always great to chat with a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member and assist with a question. Your countdown to
Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa is nearly done, you’ll be enjoying the views from the lagoon beach in no time!
My family visited the resort last year and stayed in a
2-bedroom Villa, it was perfect for our multigenerational travel party! We had so much space and loved having a full kitchen and laundry right in the Villa. When you enter your Villa, you’ll find your kitchen is fully equipped for everything you’ll need including a Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker, perfect for making a few cups for you to enjoy while taking in the stunning views on your large balcony (my kids loved popping in and out of the various doors that lead to it!).
If instead, one morning, you’re looking for a grab and go coffee, you can swing by
Off the Hook (they offer a variety of coffee, espresso beverages and blended drinks). The breakfast service is available daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The first morning or two we were up early due to the time change but it did make for spectacular viewings of the sunrise!
Be sure to check the
Daily ‘Iwa, it’s the place to go to find out what events and activities are available during your stay. It also includes information about
Character Meet-ups (times and locations), feeding sessions at
Rainbow Reef and various other resort and beach activities for your family to enjoy.
I hope this helps with your vacation planning, Shannon. Please visit us again if you have any other DVC or planning questions. Have a wonderful stay on the island of O’ahu!
A Hui Hou (that’s “until we meet again” in Hawaiian),
