We are staying at ASSR and want to know where we can get some groceries (i.e. water, snacks, fruit) and some beer and wine as well. Any suggestions?

Angela you will so enjoy the bold and whimsical theming of Disney's All-Star Sports Resort. Multi-story tennis cans, surf boards, and footballs create a playful atmosphere that will have you smiling as you walk to your room.

Basic items such as milk, snacks, packaged baked goods, peanut butter, bread, wine, and beer will be available at Goofy's Gifts and Sundries at your resort. The End Zone Food Court will also have plenty of snack and beverage options you can take back to your room.

If you want more substantial amounts of food and a wider range of choices, consider a grocery that delivers. Garden Grocer offers online ordering and will deliver your selections to your resort for a fee. Just type Garden Grocer Orlando in your web browser to discover detailed information.

If you will have a car, Winn-Dixie, Albertsons, and Publix are a short drive away, but carefully consider if you want to spend your valuable Disney vacation time grocery shopping. Goodings is quite close to Downtown Disney but this store was overpriced and somewhat shabby the last time I shopped there.

    Enjoy!
