Hi Salina!
Bell Services is open 24 hours at the resorts, and their staff is always the most professional and accommodating you'll find anywhere!
When you check in your luggage, you'll be given a ticket with a number and how many pieces of luggage you're leaving. I'd say in all the times we've left our luggage with Bell Services (mostly because we just couldn't wait to hit the parks :-), even on the busiest of days, we've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get our stuff. When you return from the Parks, just give them the luggage ticket they wrote out for you, and they'll take care of the rest. You then have the option of taking the luggage to your room or asking one of the staff members to assist. The only thing is they won't allow you to take the luggage carrier without the assistance of a staff member (something I've tried a few times, unsuccessfully :-)
Have a terrific Disney vacation!
