Staying at ASMR 8/19 to 8/26 4 adults 3 kids (4,2,1). I need a connecting room and pack n play. I requested this when res was made. We would also like a pool side 1st floor room. How do I go about asking for this? We already have a preferred room.Thank

    Hi Michelle!

The kids in your party will adore the theming found at the All Star Resorts!!!  Everything is super kid friendly and even the pickiest eaters will find something that they love in the HUGE food court.  The pack n play should be in your room when you arrive, if not, simply call Mousekeeping on your in room phone!

You have taken the first step in obtaining your perfect rooms by reserving a Preferred room.  Disney will do their best to accommodate your requests, but they can't guarantee any of them.  I would let them know your requests in the order that you place the highest priority.  For example, if connecting rooms are the most important item on your list, request that first.  Let the Cast Member know the priority that you place on each request.  The room assigner will try and accommodate all of your wishes, but knowing the order of importance will certainly help them.

         Have a fantastic vacation!
