We are staying at Arts and Animation family suite (Lion King) and wondered how far to the lobby and bus stops are from the rooms. My dad has an injured back and we are a bit concerned about ALL the walking at the parks and hotel. can we upgrade to be close

    Hi Jennifer!

Disney's Art of Animation Resort is one of my favorites!  I love the character themes in all of the buildings and the life sized figures.  The Lion King suite was my first experience at this resort and is still my favorite after staying in the others.  The walk to the lobby and bus stops from the Lion King landscape is less than a 5 minute walk.  When you head out of the back of the lobby, you'll see The Big Blue Pool in the Finding Nemo landscape.  You'll take a left and the Lion King landscape is the next one you'll see.

You can request a room that is closest to Animation Hall.  If you would like to be in a closer building, the Finding Nemo buildings are best.  You will have to call and change your reservation if you would like to change landscapes.  (Subject to availability)

    Have a magical day!
