    Hi Lisa,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Excellent resort hotel choice! Disney's Art of Animation Resort is my favorite value resort hotel because of the Big Blue Pool - it is AMAZING!

The great news is that you have so many choices! The dining options at Disney Springs are fantastic. Try D-Luxe Burger, Earl of Sandwich®, Splitsville™ Dining Room or T-TEX. Even though you plan to eat breakfast at the resort hotel, you may also want to consider stopping by Starbucks® at Disney Springs™ West Side. I love to stop by and pick up a coffee and breakfast sandwich just when they open.

At Disney's Animal Kingdom, while on expedition on Pandora - The World of Avatar, we love to take a break at Satu'li Canteen. Remember to use mobile ordering to expedite your lunch process. On our last visit, we walked in the restaurant, saw how long the regular line was and then did mobile food and beverage ordering while in the restaurant. We only waited a few minutes! You could also try Flame Tree Barbecue or Rainforest Cafe® at Disney's Animal Kingdom where it feels as if you are dining in a real tropical rain forest!

Lisa, Magic Kingdom has several great quick-service dining options. We love Be Our Guest, Columbia Harbour House and Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe. I do advise that you make a reservation for lunch and order-ahead at Be Our Guest!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
    Donyell
