Hi! Staying at Art of Animation 10/13-10/21. thinking of not doing the dining plan. are we still allowed to book dining ressies 180 days in advance? Also if free dining is offered during our stay r we able to take advantage of it if not currently on plan?

Hi there Bonnie! How exciting that you have a reservation for the NEW Art of Animation Resort! I had the opportunity of seeing some of the room plans during my Walt Disney World Moms Panel training last December and all I can say is WOW!

One of the nice benefits of staying onsite at a Disney Resort is that you can book your advanced dining reservations at 180 days from your check-in date and make these for the entire length of your stay, up to a maximum of 10 total days, all at once.

If free dining becomes available during your travel dates in October, you're welcome to contact your travel agent or the Walt Disney World Travel Company at (407) WDW-MAGIC or (407) 939-6244. The cast member or agent can help you make changes and discuss policies or fees regarding applying a discount to your existing reservation.

Thanks for taking the time to visit us at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel and feel free to send more questions our way in the days leading up to your trip! May your Disney vacation be practically perfect in every way!
