    We are staying at the art of animation resort the week of oct 21, what is the best way to get around to the different parks? We have park hoppers also. One day we are going to downtown Disney and then to magic kingdom, what is the time frame to get there?

    Great planning Lisa! October in central Florida is beautiful weather; temperatures are pleasant but still warm enough for swimming. Plus you have picked a bold, fun, brand new resort to stay in. Disney's Art of Animation Resort is a riot of color and favorite animated movie characters.

    The complementary bus system will be the best way for you to travel to and from your resort, the theme parks and Downtown Disney. Head to the bus stop in front of Animation Hall when you are ready to visit a park. Hope on the bus headed to the theme park of your choice and be delivered directly to your destination. You may also catch buses to travel from park to park. 

    On your Magic Kingdom- Downtown Disney day board a bus at your resort for Downtown Disney (DD) to enjoy a morning of shopping and delicious dining options. When you have had your fill of fun, a bus will take you directly from DD to the Magic Kingdom. Even if you have to wait for a bus the journey should take no more than 30 minutes. Build in some extra time for walking to the front gate, bag checks, and entrance lines.
