We'll be staying at the Art of Animation Resort soon - do the refrigerators in the rooms have freezer space? About how big are the refrigerators?

Hello, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Alissa. We would be happy to help you with your planning for your stay at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort!

Get ready to be immersed in the wonder of many Disney-Pixar movies, with grand theming and décor like no other. You’ll quickly be “drawn into” these animated movies in ways you never imagined.

Guest Rooms offer many amenities, including a “mini-fridges” which do have small freezers. These freezers are small, however, fitting a few small food items, not anything large. I have stored a half-gallon container of milk in the mini-fridge by removing the shelf and would guess they must be approximately 3’ x 2’ in dimension? Another important aspect to consider, is that many of these mini-fridges are not as cold as we would expect, or are used to at home. If you store medications and may be concerned about this, please speak with a Cast Member at Front Desk, or at Lobby Concierge.

Please familiarize yourself with all the exclusive benefits you will enjoy as a Disney Resort hotel Guest, as well as all the magical experiences during your stay. As well, please complete your Disney Resort hotel Online Check-In to expedite your arrival at the Front Desk.

We hope this information is helpful, Alissa, and wish you a most magical Disney Vacation.
