If you are staying in the Art of Animation Resort which I just read does not have have a gym facility, then are Resort guests able to work out at any other gym at a Disney resort facility?

Hello S, thanks for visiting us at planDisney for your planning questions regarding your stay and gym availability. I'll be happy to help guide you to your best workout for your visit.

Disney's Art of Animation Resort is such a beautiful resort honoring Disney's rich animation history. There are a ton of great amenities and recreation options. Unfortunately, a gym facility isn't one of them. You are better than me I would use the vacation as an excuse to not work out. "I'm getting my steps in." That is precisely what I would tell myself. While there isn't a gym there is a 1.38-mile Running Trail that includes views of Hourglass Lake. It passes the colorful courtyards so you'll always have the next courtyard to reach for.

I totally understand needing workout equipment to get a true workout in. What I would do if I were brave enough to work out on vacation would be adding pushups and situps, maybe a burpee or two. But it's not too late to tell your personal trainer that Jeremy said it's ok to just "get your steps in."

I hope this information was helpful in getting your blood pumping while at your resort. Please come on back if you have any other planning needs.

    See ya real soon,

    Jeremy A.
