Cody from ME Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We’re staying at the art of animation October 17th through the 20th we’d like to try and reserve a crib or pack n play.

    Welcome to planDisney, Cody!

I’m glad you’re thinking so far ahead for your trip to Walt Disney World! Your vacation is going to go so much smoother with this foresight!

I have travelled to Disney World many times with a little one needing a crib, so I’m happy to be directing you in the right direction. While you could have made this amenity request upon booking your reservation initially, you can easily add this request to your reservation now! There are 2 ways I recommend making this request for a crib, Cody. The easiest way to do this would be to hop on your My Disney Experience Mobile App, select the “☰” icon at the bottom right of your screen, scroll down and select “Chat With Us” under the “Help & Feedback” section, and make your request directly through the app.

If, for some reason, you cannot connect with a Cast Member on the Chat, I recommend calling a Cast Member specializing in Hotel Reservations. They will be able to add this request to your hotel room reservation.

While you’re staying at Art of Animation, I highly recommend getting a schedule from the Front Desk for the time you’re staying! There are always fun, family-friendly events happening around the resort, and adding them to your itinerary is a magical way to get a little extra out of your trip!

If you have any additional questions, we hope you’ll visit us again at planDisney!

    See ya real soon,
    Allyn

Hello! I am Allyn, your personal planDisney companion! I’ve enjoyed most of my life in the heart of Wyoming but am currently living my fairy tale as a wife, mom, yoga instructor, and fine jewelry designer in central Florida! When I’m not galavanting around the Disney theme parks, you’ll probably find me reading a good book, outside playing with my family, or learning to do something new. I truly believe that dreams come true, and I look forward to sharing that magic with you!
