Hi, we are staying at art of animation next month and I wondered if I could get a delivery to the hotel a few days before I arrive for collection at check in? Thanks so much, Jessica

    Hiya Jessica!

Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! As a fellow international Guest, I completely understand that it is sometimes more convenient to purchase certain items in the U.S.A. than to bring them while travelling. Thankfully, it is possible to have items delivered to your Disney Resort hotel!

To have your items delivered to you during or before your stay, ensure that you are inputting the address of the Disney Resort hotel on the package, your name, the word "Guest," and your arrival date. If you are having groceries delivered through a third-party vendor, you will be able to pick them up at your Resort's Front Desk from Luggage Assistance or Bell Services. You can also have the package delivered to your room for a $6 fee (as of August 31st when I am writing this, but prices are subject to change). Make sure, however, that your delivery will not require proof of ID or a signature, as Disney will not accept such deliveries on your behalf. Lastly, remember that delivery requirements and policies vary per Disney Resort hotel.

If you are looking for food items to keep in your room, don't forget that Disney Resort hotels also always include a selection of groceries, travel items and baby care items in select merchandise locations. The merchandise locations are always perfect if you need to pick up any travelling or food essentials, but you can also stop by your Resort's Front Desk for more information. Plus, if you are planning on visiting Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, you will be all set for any sweet cravings! If you like special treats, however, also make sure to stop by your Resort's Quick Service Food and Beverage location as they often have special themed treats.

I hope this was helpful, Jessica, and that you will have the most spooktacular time on your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your trip, please don't hesitate to reach back out. Much like grim grinning ghosts, we, too, love to come out and socialize!

Have a magical day, and boo to you,
