If I am staying at art of animation and am going to MK for the day what transport takes me direct to door ? I want to get as close as possible, if I use the car park will I need to go over the water? Will LYFT Minnie van take me over the water ? Thanks Lou

    Hi Louise!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Disney buses will take you from Disney's Art of Animation Resort to all the Walt Disney World theme parks, including Magic Kingdom Park, and the bus stops are located close to the park entrances.  If you are driving to Magic Kingdom Park, all cars (with the exception of the Minnie Van Service) have to use the parking lot, or drop off passengers, at the Transportation and Ticket Center, where park guests will then take the Ferryboat or the Monorail to the entrance of the Magic Kingdom Park.   It is worth remembering that all Disney Transportation - boats, buses and monorails - will take park guests right up to the entrance of the Magic Kingdom Park.  The Minnie Vans will also take you directly to the entrance of the Magic Kingdom Park, with their convenient door-to-door service.    If you order a Minnie Van to take you back to your resort at the end of your day, they will also pick you up close to the entrance.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
