Disney’s Beach Club Resort from
Disney’s Art of Animation Resort should take around 35 minutes if all systems are go! Let’s check the route.
Art of Animation Resort is a Disney Skyliner resort, so you will start by jumping on the Skyliner from your resort station. You’ll arrive at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort station where you will have to transfer to a second gondola that will take you to EPCOT. If you can get right on and off gondolas, the first ride should take less than 10 minutes, and the second leg should be about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the EPCOT station, which is located just outside of the International Gateway, you will walk to Disney’s Beach Club Resort, which is about a quarter of a mile from the EPCOT International Gateway Skyliner station. Depending on your walking pace, this should take you 10 minutes or so.
So, if all things go right, 35 minutes would be the normal time at a leisurely pace. But do take into consideration that there could be issues at the Skyliner that add some time to the trip, so I would give yourself 45-60 minutes of a cushion before your arrival time. Plus, an early arrival would allow you to look around the beautiful grounds and lobby of the Beach Club and you could even sneak a peek at my favorite lunch venue,
Beaches & Cream Soda Shop which is just down hall and outside near the entrance to Stormalong Bay.
