    We will be staying at the Art of Animation hotel. Can we request to have bed rails (on both sides) for one of the beds? What is the process to make the request?

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My family has stayed at Disney's Art of Animation Resort on several occasions, and it has become one of our favorite Resort Hotels. My kids love the "larger than life" characters that are showcased throughout the Resort and enjoy splashing the day away in the Big Blue Pool. You're going to have a great time there!

    You can notate the request for bed rails on your Resort Hotel Reservation online ahead of time or by asking a Cast Member when you check-in at the Resort. They will be more than happy to assist you in providing the rails for your bed.
