We are staying at the Art of Animation Finding Nemo suite. My parents are also joining us and staying in the Little Mermaid room. I'm not seeing anywhere on their amenities if a coffee maker or mini refrigerator is available. Do they have these?

Hi Shannon.  Thank you for your question about Disney's Art of Animation resort.  It really has such amazing theming and a fun vibe that you can't help but be happy while you are there.  I hope your family loves it as much as mine!

The Little Mermaid rooms are standard Value rooms - they have a small refrigerator but no coffee maker. The Finding Nemo section is Family Suites that do include both a coffee maker and refrigerator.

I have contacted Guest Services to find out what the official policy is on guests bringing their own coffee makers for use in their room.  They told me that you absolutely may bring your own, so if that is an option for them, you may want to let your parents know that it will be ok.  Otherwise, they can always knock on your door for a "cuppa Joe" or purchase a refillable mug which they could use to fill up with their beverage of choice throughout their stay, at the Landscape of Flavors food court.

I hope this information is helpful to your planning of your magical Walt Disney World vacation!  Please come back to the Moms Panel to ask me any more questions that come up!
