Mom and Child at Art of Animation

    Staying at Art of Animation to celebrate our son's birthday. I am going to order some services such as cake delivery and possibly door decoration services from outside vendors. How would that work with security and parking at the hotel?

    Welcome back to planDisney!

    I'm so excited that your son gets to experience his birthday at the most magical place on earth! Outside vendors in the area are well versed in the protocols to make deliveries to Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. When they arrive at the gate of Disney's Art of Animation Resort, they can simply inform the Cast Member that they are making a delivery. They can then proceed to park at the resort and make their delivery.

    However, did you know that you can order In-Room Celebrations, birthday gift baskets, cupcakes, and more from Disney Floral & Gifts? Goofy's Magical Birthday gift comes with goodies, a birthday card, Goofy plush, Goofy ears, and snacks. You can also order a cake in advance at many of the different Walt Disney World restaurants. You can make an advanced dining reservation at one of the many wonderful restaurants, such as Chef Mickey's, Sci-Fi Dine-In Theatre, or Tiffins.
