    We are staying at Art of Animation and have breakfast booked at Chef Mickey's at 7:20 am. We are going to Magic Kingdom after breakfast and I'm wondering how we will get to the restaurant from our hotel? Is there a shuttle to Contemporary resort?

    Hi April!

         You are going to love staying at Disney's Art of Animation Resort!  I toured it in November 2012 and it is simply amazing.  I spent a lot of time there last week as well touring, eating, shopping at the Art of Animation!  Often the resorts will have special early morning buses running for early character dining at the Parks and Resorts. You will have to ask when you get to Art of Animation Resort if these early morning character buses are available. The quickest way to get to Chef Mickeys at the Contemporary Resort from Art of Animation using Disney Transportation is to take a bus to the Magic Kingdom and then take the Resort Monorail to the Contemporary Resort. If you are pressed for time, then you may be better off taking a taxi. Typically a one way taxi fare for anywhere on Walt Disney World Property is less than $20.00 including tip. After your Chef Mickey's breakfast is done just hop back on the Resort Monorail to the Magic Kingdom.
