Hello, Andrea! Welcome to the Moms Panel!

You will be happy to know that refrigerators can be found in all rooms at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. You can most certainly purchase milk at the food court and they may have some for sell in the gift shop. Unfortunately, the refillable mugs are limited to hot beverages such as coffee and tea and cold beverages such as various soda flavors.
