Welcome to the
Disney Parks Moms Panel, Carrie! Thank you for bringing us your question about your visit to Walt Disney World Resort this upcoming November!
Disney's Art of Animation is a gorgeous hotel, you will love the décor and vibrant ambiance, I can't wait to visit it again!
I am afraid that eligibility for the
Disability Access Service (DAS), a tool designed to accommodate guests who aren’t able to wait in a conventional queue environment due to a disability or medical condition, cannot be discussed at your
resort. Once you get to the first
theme park, go to the Guest Relations Office and request to speak to a Cast Member regarding this program. They will ask you to describe your medical problem and will discuss your concerns with you. If you are eligible, your
MagicBand and those of your party members will be scanned. You will then be able to use it throughout your vacation.
Once you arrive at the attraction you want to get in, ask the Cast Member at the podium to give you a return time. They will scan your MagicBand and will give a return time based on the current wait time at that particular attraction. As soon as you and your party finish that attraction, you will be allowed to receive a return time for another one and so on. This service can be used in addition to Disney's
FastPass+ service.
Carrie, I hope this helps. Please come back with more questions as you plan your vacation!
Wishing the most magical vacation at the
Walt Disney World Resort,
~Desiree
