    We are staying at AofA,I was told guest services has an extra mattress pad to make the queen bed more comfortable, if requested. Is this true? Past Disney vacations all beds were hard, and my back killed me after a week. Trying to avoid that this time

    Hello Elizabeth!
    I had the opportunity to stay at Disney's Art of Animation Resort for five nights from November 14th to November 19th, 2017 in a Finding Nemo Family Suite and it was wonderful! The queen bed was extremely comfortable based on my experience so you may not need an extra mattress pad. If you find that the queen bed needs extra cushioning, then you can request an extra mattress pad from Guest services. I hope that you have an incredible stay at Disney's Art of Animation Resort on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!
