Staying at AOA suite. Have 4 adults, 2 children, and 2 infants. Unable to book a room online as I get the message. too many for room capacity. Should I not include the infants? I thought they didn't count towards room capacity. Do I need to call?

    Hi Shawn,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

Disney's Art of Animation Family Suites will sleep six people plus one infant (an infant is a guest under the age of 3 years old).  So, while the first infant would not put you over capacity for the family suite, the second one does.

There are a couple of options for you.  I completely understand why you want to stay at Disney's Art of Animation Resort - it is so amazing and fun!  You could look into booking two standard rooms in the Little Mermaid section, which has traditional hotel-type accommodations.  Each room here would sleep four people plus an infant, so your party would fit in two rooms there.  If you would all like to be in one accommodation, you could look at two-bedroom villas at Disney Vacation Club properties, which can be booked using traditional payment methods if there is availability.  Your party would fit in a two-bedroom villa at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas, Disney's Beach Club Villas, Disney's BoardWalk Villas, Disney's Old Key West Resort, Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, and The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.  Any of these accommodations can be booked by calling 407-W-DISNEY (407-934-7639).

I hope that this information helps, Shawn.  Have a great time planning your Walt Disney World vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
