Hi! We are staying at AoA in Sept. 1) We want to do meals at 1900 Park Fare & Chef Mickey's... how best to get there for each since at different hotels? 2) Do you think it's worth it to request a room with a view? Will they honor it?

Hi Jody! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is one of my favorites! You can always make a request such as a room with a view, room close to the main building or bus stop, however room requests are not guaranteed. I have found that Cast Members do try their best to accommodate requests!

As for transportation to some pretty wonderful meals at 1900 Park Fare and Chef Mickey’s I would suggest that you take the Complimentary Resort Transportation (Disney bus) from Disney’s Art of Animation Resort to Magic Kingdom park. At Magic Kingdom Park you then can transfer to the Monorail system. You will take the Resort Monorail loop and this will make stops at both Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and also at Disney’s Contemporary Resort!

I hope that you have an Unforgettable time!
