We are staying at AOA in Sept with family. We booked 2 rooms, on separate reservations, but requested connecting or adjoining rooms. I know there is no guarantee but do we have a better shot with online check-in or checking in at the front desk? Thanks!

    Hi Candice!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!

I recommend doing both!  Definitely do online check-in and put in a request for connecting rooms.  However, you should also mention it again when you actually go and check-in.  If Disney wasn't able to put you in connecting rooms before, they might be able to do it on the day you check-in.  You should also call the resort directly about two or three days before check-in and re-iterate the request; I think that gives you the best possible outcome.  Don't call the resort directly before then!

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
