Staying at AOA resort and have Ohana breakfast at 745 am...what is the best way to get there using Disney transportation?

Hi Anita! These early morning dining reservations can be a bit stressful so I am glad you have asked.

Disney will begin running buses at 6:30am to help guests connect to their early dining either at resorts or the parks. Please check with your resort front desk or concierge to see where these buses will be and at what time.

Depending on park hours you can catch the first Magic Kingdom bus and from there hop on the resort monorail and get off at the Polynesian or even take a boat over to the Polynesian resort. Again this would depend on park opening hours as buses won't begin until an hour before opening.

Now my best advice for the early reservations is simply to put a little money away and take a taxi. Your resort bell staff or front desk can assist you with this but it will not only give you a direct trip to the Polynesian but it will also save you time giving your family extra sleeping minutes. The trip itself will take about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic and so give yourself some time. If you are in a taxi by 7:15am you will be fine.  If you have a large family or you need a car seat please let them know when you call as they will send the proper cab. If you wish to call yourself the number is 407-422-2222. Call early enough to let them know what time you must have a taxi at the resort. This trip should cost you only about $15 and it is worth it!
