    Staying at the AoA resort in October 2013, for Halloween. Several questions... If we arrive before check-in; can we use the pool until our room is ready? Are lockers available and towels provided at the pool? THANKS!!

    Hello Susan!

    It's a little known fact that even though your official check in time is in the afternoon hours.. you can actually check in much earlier. You may not have room access but you will be able to take advantage of all of the resort amenities. You will also receive your tickets if you have bought them through Disney and if you have the Disney Dining plan, you can start using the entitlements as well.

    At the "Big Blue Pool" there are single use lockers which are available for you to use. Since this is Value resort, pool towels are not provided at all times. So there could be towels available when you arrive or you may have to borrow some from guest services.
