Staying at AOA resort and will hours before our room is ready. I see no towels provided at that pool. Would we be able to ask for some since we won't be able to access our room until much later? Thank you!

Hi Laura,

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question. You are going to love the three pool areas at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. The Big Blue Pool, Cozy Cone Pool and Flippin' Fins Pool are all unique and fun in their own design. My favorite thing about the Big Blue Pool is that you can hear the music underwater. The "cone" cabanas at the Cozy Cone Pool also make a perfect spot to lounge in the shade. These are first come, first served, and cannot be reserved, but are a really cool way to feel like you are part of the Cars movies!

I would recommend asking at guest services when you check-in upon arrival. I'm sure the cast members would understand and would call housekeeping for you. You may also luck out and get an early entry in your room, although that is not always a guarantee.
